Sea Eagle FishSUP 126 Review: Board Overview
The Sea Eagle FS126 is the board that SUP fishing enthusiasts have been asking for. This is a rugged board that is really well-built and was designed with the serious angler in mind.
The FishSUP 126 is super easy to inflate and set up. The inflation valve is located at the very tip of the board’s nose, and Sea Eagle includes a high-quality, dual-action manual SUP pump. A foot pump and electric SUP pump are also available as optional upgrades.
Also located at the board’s nose is a paddle pocket which secures your paddle when it’s not in use, a bungee storage area for securing gear, and a convenient grab handle. There are two additional grab handles at the board’s tail on either side of the motor mount.
The FishSUP 126’s traction pad features a unique camo pattern, and it’s made from high-quality EVA foam. Running down the center of the deck pad is a built-in fish measuring ruler which we really like. In the future, we’d love to see the deck pad extended to the rails of the board which would provide additional traction and protection against punctures.
Tie-Down Attachment Points
Along the sides of the FS126’s traction pad are 8 stainless steel D-rings for tying down a cooler, tackle box, and other fishing gear. There are 2 more D-rings located directly behind the traction pad near the board’s wide swallow tail.
At the very back of the board is a motor mount for attaching the optional Watersnake Venom 34 electric motor. The wide profile of the board’s swallow tail design provides additional stability and helps to support the additional weight load if you add an electric motor and battery.
The FS126 also comes with a multi-purpose nylon mesh storage box with built-in fishing rod holders. This is a really convenient place to stash small accessories, and the box features a collapsible design that fits neatly into the included canvas storage bag. While this is a useful accessory, we really wish it was made of waterproof material.
On the flip side of the FishSUP 126 is a tri-fin set up. All three of the slide-in skegs are removable so you can experiment with different configurations.
Sea Eagle used an incredibly durable 1100 Decitex reinforced drop stitch material on the FS126. The seams are quadruple overlapped, and there are additional reinforcement layers used for maximum durability.
When fully inflated to the recommended pressure of 15 psi, this board is extremely rigid and nearly indestructible.

The Sea Eagle FishSUP 126 is a fantastic board for serious anglers who want a big, stable fishing platform that can take them wherever they need to go. Despite its large size, the FS126 is very packable and easy to transport.
Setup and inflation of the FS126 only takes about 7 or 8 minutes, and it’s a simple, straightforward process. Once inflated, the convenient carry handle located in the middle of the deck allows you to easily carry the board to the water and back. The 3 additional grab handles (1 at the board’s nose, 2 at the tail) are also really handy when you’re pulling the FS126 in and out of the water.
We love all of the D-ring tie-down attachment points, and there’s a ton of room for your fishing cooler and other gear. A lot of other inflatable fishing SUPs leave you feeling cramped when you’re on the water with a bunch of gear, but the FS126 leaves you with plenty of room.
As with all Sea Eagle paddle boards, the FishSUP 126 is guaranteed for 3 years and Sea Eagle also includes a super impressive 180-day money back guarantee. This is really unheard of, and it shows how serious the company is about standing behind their gear.
At the end of the day, we highly recommend this board for anyone who wants a serious inflatable fishing paddle board. It’s a big board and is designed specifically for fishing, so it’s obviously not the SUP for everyone — but if you’re looking for a stable, well-built fishing rig that will hold up for many years, this board is a fantastic choice.
